Nothing. There is no form, no login and no user account on this site, and we ask you for no data in order to read it.

The server hosting the site keeps technical access logs, as every server on the internet does. Those logs serve security and fault-finding and are not used to track individual visitors.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., a company based in the United States, which acts as our data processor. Their servers keep technical access logs: IP address, time of request, address requested and browser type, and serve the site from a network of servers around the world.

Because Vercel sits outside the European Economic Area, your data may be processed there as well. That transfer is covered by a data processing agreement which forms part of Vercel's terms and includes the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

The same processor also runs the visit measurement described in the section on cookies.

This site sets no cookies: none for measuring visits, none for advertising, and none beyond those needed for it to open.

We do count visits, but without cookies. Vercel Web Analytics records which page was opened, where you arrived from, which country you are in, and your device and browser type. It recognises a visitor by a fingerprint computed on the server that lasts a single day. Nothing is stored on your device, so you cannot be followed over time or across other sites. The script is served from this domain, not from a third party's.

Should we ever introduce measurement that stores something on your device, a bar will appear first where you can accept or decline, and you will be able to withdraw that decision at any time through the link in the footer.

The map does not load by itself. Until you request it with a click, none of your data goes to Google.

When you do request it, Google receives your IP address and information about your browser and device, under its own terms. You can also reach the address without that, through a link that opens Google Maps in a separate window.

A booking is not completed on this site. When you choose your dates and click “Check availability”, you move to Rentlio, an external reservation system, where its terms and privacy policy apply.

Only the dates and guest numbers you entered are carried over from this site. What you enter there, namely your name, email and payment details, reaches us as booking data. We use it to prepare and carry out your stay and to meet legal obligations, including guest registration.

If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we process what you send us: your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry. We do so in order to reply. The basis is our legitimate interest and yours in an enquiry receiving an answer, or the preparation of a contract if the enquiry becomes a booking.

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for at most one year and then deleted. Data about completed bookings is kept for as long as tax and hospitality regulations require.

At any time you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, transfer of the data to another controller, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
